Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 9th May 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of services by The Aligned Self Consultancy Ltd.
By booking a consultation or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
Following the date of booking, appointments are held provisionally for 5 days and become confirmed upon receipt of either:
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00
Full payment for the service booked
Deposits and full payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative appointment date within 4 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.
Full payment is required prior to each consultation. For consultations booked within 4 weeks of the appointment date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Every effort will be made to reschedule cancellations where possible.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation will be charged in full.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative appointments.
If for any reason we are unable to provide the booked service, resulting in cancellation, we will aim to reschedule your appointment. If we are mutually unable to reschedule, you will be refunded in full.
3. Confirmation of Services
Your consultation package and appointment details will be confirmed via email.
It is your responsibility to review all confirmation details carefully. Unless queried within a reasonable timeframe, the confirmation email will represent your agreement to the consultation date, services booked, and associated fees.
4. Confidentiality & Use of Images
All client information will remain strictly confidential.
Photographs, testimonials, or consultation details will only be used for advertising, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes where prior consent has been given by the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide professional advice and services of the highest standard, The Aligned Self Consultancy Ltd shall not be held liable for:
Any allergic reactions
Losses;
Damages;
Injuries;
Claims;
Costs;
Any other liabilities arising from the use of services, products, recommendations, or consultations provided.
All styling advice and recommendations are offered in good faith and based on individual consultations and client discussions.
6. Complaints
We aim to provide an excellent client experience at all times. Should you have any comments, concerns, or complaints regarding our services, we kindly ask that these be discussed directly with us in the first instance so that we may work towards a resolution.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
